Vendor Application Form
VENDOR OPTIONS –
Please take note – this is only an application form, and you will be informed in writing whether your application has been successful.
- Prices based on 3 x 2m stand / truck stand
- Fixed price for 3-day stand [16 December (setup day), 17 – 20 Dec ’24
- SNACKS Vendor: (eg Chipstix, Popcorn, Coffee, Pancakes etc) R 3500 per stall/truck
- SILVER FOOD Vendor: (eg Curry & rice, Boerewors rolls, etc) R 4000 per stall/truck
- GOLD FOOD Vendor: (eg Seafood, Burgers, Pizza etc) R 5000 per stall/truck
- PRODUCT Vendor: (Clothing / Accessories) R 5000 per stall/truck
The George TENS Sport & Lifestyle Festival Committee will allocate your category based on Menu Options outlined.
RULES & REGULATIONS
- This form is only applicable to “Food Trucks” / Food Stalls.
- Limited power is supplied. Stalls that only operate with gas will enjoy preference.
- All stalls must be in possession of the following:
- Business licence and/or Certificates of Acceptability for Food Premises (COA)
- All stalls should be set up and ready on Monday, 16 December ‘24.
- All stalls must be ready to trade at 7:30am on Tuesday, 17 December ’24. All delivery and other vehicles should be removed from the festival terrain at this point.
*Gates will open at 06h00 for setup of Stalls
- The set-up of the stall is the exhibitor’s own responsibility.
- Stalls may not pack up before the festival has ended.
- No vehicles will be allowed on the festival grounds before all visitors have evacuated.
- Only 1 parking ticket per stall will be allowed. Please park in designated areas.
- Stall owners may not sell ANY alcohol – all beverages are sold at pre-designated points.
*Stalls who would like to sell cold drinks must please indicate it on your menu options.
- George TENS Sport & Lifestyle Festival organizers, it’s subsidiaries or partners will not be held liable / responsible for any damage / loss of products incurred during the festival.
